Terms, Privacy & Refunds

Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by Ridgeline Demand ("we", "us") to you, the client ("you"). By signing our service agreement or paying an invoice, you accept these terms.

1. What we provide

We build and operate a customer acquisition system for your business. Depending on what your business needs, that typically includes: writing and structuring your offer, building landing pages and funnels, producing a lead magnet, setting up email and SMS follow-up, lead qualification, designing your sales and booking process, building and managing advertising campaigns, producing ad creative, local SEO foundations, hosting, call tracking, Google Business Profile optimisation and review generation.

The exact scope for your business is confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Term and fees

Management feeOne price, written in the personal proposal we send you after your free call. It is built for your business, and you see it before you agree to anything. Work starts once you accept the proposal and the first payment arrives.
No guarantee of resultsFor new clients we do not guarantee any number of leads, jobs or revenue. Results depend on your market, your pricing, your capacity and how quickly you follow up. The 3x Program, no longer offered to new clients, keeps its guarantee exactly as written in the agreements of the clients who signed it.
Advertising budgetSet and paid by you, directly to Google, Meta or any other platform, on your own payment method, inside accounts registered to your business. It is never paid to us and we never hold it.
Media feeNone. We do not charge a percentage of your advertising spend and we do not mark it up.
TermMonth to month. Either side may cancel with 14 days' written notice.

The full terms are in the Client Services Agreement you sign before work begins. Existing clients keep the terms they signed.

3. Advertising budget

Your advertising budget is not paid to us and is never held by us. It is charged directly by Google, Meta or any other platform to your own payment method, inside advertising accounts registered to your business. We do not mark up media spend and we do not take a percentage of it.

4. Ownership

You own everything we build for you, during the engagement and after it ends: advertising accounts, tracking pixels, campaign data, ad creative, landing pages, funnels, phone numbers, automations, SEO work, and the offer we write. Where we host your site as part of the service, we will transfer it to hosting of your choosing on request, at no charge.

5. What we need from you

To get the most from the service, we ask that you:

  • Respond to or return every lead within five minutes during your stated business hours
  • Maintain the advertising budget agreed in your proposal
  • Provide access to required accounts within five business days of signing
  • Attend the weekly 15-minute review call, or send someone empowered to make decisions
  • Notify us before materially changing your pricing, service area or offer

These are not administrative conditions. The most common reason advertising "fails" is that leads were generated and never contacted quickly enough.

6. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any number of leads, jobs, sales or revenue, and we do not offer a results guarantee or a fee refund tied to results. Your proposal states one price, month to month. Clients who signed earlier agreements, including the 3x Program and its guarantee, keep the terms they signed.

7. Exclusivity

For the duration of the engagement we will not take on a directly competing business in the same market and category. This is a limitation we accept on ourselves; it does not restrict you.

8. What we do not do

We do not answer your phones, staff your reception, or provide customer service to your customers. We do not guarantee leads, jobs, revenue, profit, or any specific business outcome. Results depend on your pricing, your capacity, your close rate and how quickly your team responds — factors outside our control.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform under these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured 14 days after written notice. On termination you retain everything described in section 4. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as set out in the Refund Policy below.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to new engagements and to renewals from the date published. The terms in force when you signed govern what you already paid for.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we handle it.

What we collect

You give usOn our free-call page (/free-plan/): your name and mobile number, your consent to receive texts, and the time you pick for your Google Meet. We may also receive an email address if you send it to us by text, to send your meeting invitation. Other pages may ask for a business name, email address, city and state or website.
Collected automaticallyPages viewed, time on page, referring source, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type.
Not collectedWe do not ask for or store payment card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Why we use it

  • To book your free 15-minute Google Meet and remind you about it
  • To prepare your custom lead magnet and personal proposal after the call
  • To contact you about your enquiry by text or email
  • To measure which advertising produced which enquiry, so we can spend sensibly

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Advertising and analytics

This site uses the Meta pixel, and our server also sends Meta a copy of the same conversions directly, because browsers block a large share of them. We do not currently run Google Analytics or any Google advertising tag; if that changes this section changes with it.

Being specific about what goes to Meta, because "event data" is vague and this is not: when you submit the form or book a meeting, we send the event itself along with your first name, surname, email address and phone number hashed with SHA-256, plus your IP address and browser user-agent, which are not hashed. Hashing means Meta cannot read those four values, but it can match them against a customer of theirs who hashes to the same thing — so they are still information about you and we would rather say so than call it anonymous. Meta processes all of it under their own policies.

To stop it: use this link, which switches off measurement in this browser until you clear its storage, or block trackers in your browser, or use the ad settings Meta offers. None of that changes anything you see on this site, and none of it affects a meeting you have booked.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery, calendar booking, CRM and analytics — and only to the extent needed. They are bound to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards where required for tax and accounting.

Security

The site is served over TLS. Access to enquiry data is restricted to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email privacy@ridgelinedemand.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in California, the EU or the UK, you have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA, GDPR or UK GDPR respectively; the same address handles those requests.

International transfers

We operate internationally. Information you provide may be processed on servers in the United States and by staff outside your country. We apply the same standards wherever it is handled.

Email Practices

This is a plain description of every email this domain sends, who receives it, and why. It is here because a person deciding whether to trust mail from ridgelinedemand.com — a recipient, a mailbox provider, or our hosting provider — should be able to check rather than guess.

What this domain is not

Ridgeline Demand is not a mailing service, a newsletter platform, or a bulk sender, and we do not send mail on behalf of anyone else. We do not operate a mail portal, we sell no mailboxes, and no third party can send through this server. There is no purchased, rented, scraped, or appended list anywhere in this system.

What we do send

Only transactional mail, and only to someone who typed their own address into the form on this site. Every message is caused by something that person did:

  • Booking confirmation — sent once, immediately, when they choose a meeting time. Contains the time, the video link, and a way to move or cancel it.
  • Reschedule confirmation — sent when they move that meeting themselves.
  • Meeting reminders — a small fixed number before the meeting they booked.
  • After the meeting — one message asking how it went.
  • A guide they asked for — sent once, when they request it by name.

There is no recurring newsletter, no promotional broadcast, and nothing that continues indefinitely. Every sequence in this system terminates.

Volume

Low, and bounded by how the business works: we take on a small number of new clients each week and turn the rest away. Sending is a consequence of individual enquiries, so it scales with those and nothing else.

Authentication

Mail from this domain is published and signed so that any receiver can verify it:

  • SPF — published for ridgelinedemand.com and authorises this server only.
  • DKIM — every message this domain sends as itself is signed, including the automated alerts our own systems send us; the public key is published at mail._domainkey.ridgelinedemand.com. The exception is the delivery status notifications Postfix generates when a message cannot be delivered: those carry an empty return-path by design and no mail server signs them. We would rather say that than have you find it.
  • DMARC — published with a quarantine policy and reporting enabled, so we see any attempt to send as us.
  • TLS — offered on delivery, and the site itself is HTTPS-only.

How to stop it

Reply to any message and say so, or write to hello@ridgelinedemand.com. We suppress the address across the whole system — not just the sequence it came from — and the suppression is permanent. We do not require a reason and we do not send a confirmation asking you to reconsider.

Reporting a problem

If you received mail from this domain that you did not ask for, tell us at abuse@ridgelinedemand.com. That address is monitored, and a report there is treated as a fault to be found, not a complaint to be managed.

SMS Terms

What you are agreeing to. On our free-call page you tick a box that says you agree to receive texts from Ridgeline Demand about your free call: booking confirmation, reminders, your proposal and follow-ups. That is the whole of your consent, and this section spells out what it covers. Every text is about the enquiry you made and the call it leads to. We do not send offers for anything else, we do not text on anyone else's behalf under this consent, and we never sell or share your number.

How often. Message frequency varies with where you are in the process. Here is everything we send.

  • Before you book: if you leave your details and do not pick a time, up to twelve follow-up texts over about thirty days. They stop the moment you book, and they pause while we are already talking with you.
  • When you book: a booking confirmation with your Google Meet link, then meeting reminders before the call.
  • After the call: a message with your personal proposal, then up to eight follow-ups.
  • If you asked us to call you and we cannot reach you: up to three texts between call attempts.
  • If the call is missed: up to three rebooking texts offering another time, and then we stop.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. That is between you and your carrier; we do not charge you for texts.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@ridgelinedemand.com. Stopping texts does not cancel a call you have booked, and it does not stop email — to stop email too, use the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

Consent is not a condition of anything. You do not have to accept texts to book a call or to work with us. Tell us and we will use email instead.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Refund Policy

1. Fees

Your fee is one price, written in your personal proposal, month to month. We do not guarantee any number of leads, jobs or revenue. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where your signed agreement says otherwise.

You may cancel with 14 days' written notice (email is fine). The fee for the current paid month is not refunded. Existing clients keep the terms they signed.

2. Your advertising budget

Ad spend is never part of our fee. Meta, Google or another platform charges it directly to your own payment method, in your own ad account. Creator fees and product for creator campaigns are also paid by you directly. We never hold your card, so we cannot refund platform charges. Any refund of ad spend is between you and the platform.

3. Questions

Email hello@ridgelinedemand.com and we will answer within one business day.
